Oak Smoked Lomo
Our version of the Spanish classic. Hand cured with our own blend of spices before being washed with brandy and gently smoked over oak and air dried for a minimum of 12 weeks to give a delicious cure, bursting with layers of subtle flavours.

“Gorgeous slices of pork with subtle notes on the nose. We loved seeing the coating evident on each slice. The fat was creamy and melted beautifully in the mouth. The salt level was perfect and the subtle paprika note was beautiful and coated the mouth with a gentle heat.”
“A substantial cut, it has a nice bite, is light on the palate, you can taste some smoke and the spices are well balanced and the salt just right. A cleverly worked product, so well balanced and you can still taste the wonderful porky character.”
“ A gentle but porky aroma. Presentation is first rate. The sweet and salt elements are very well balanced. An intriguing savoury flavour if a little modest. We enjoyed the smoky note to the pork.”
