Northern Noir...Fiery Charcoal Nduja
We’ve developed the Norther Noir after talking to our lovely customers at the farmers markets we attend. The general consensus was that a lot of folk were after something with a bit more fire compared to our milder Chilli, Honey & Cider Nduja.
Northern Noir is packed full of red and green birdseye chilli’s, with garlic, thyme, pimento and coconut charcoal powder we think this is the perfect answer. Not only does it taste amazing but when its cooked the charcoal colour creates a striking contrast in any dish.
We’ve made lots of delicious dishes with this, but the one that stands out the most was a salt cod, tomato & butterbean one pan dish with fennel seed & Northern Noir. The colours & flavours were just so memorable!
