Smokey Chilli & Treacle Porter Salami
This salami has the delicious warmth and flavour of fresh red chilli’s without too much heat. We’ve added some beautifully rich Porter called Sufficient Darkness from our local favourites, The Carlisle Brewing Company and a hint of treacle for some savoury sweetness. We’ve used a combination of pasture fed beef from Lakeland Dexter and free range pork to make this salami extra special & really stand out from the crowd. Described by one lovely customer as “Chorizo on steroids”.
