This product was born from the desire to continue our zero waste values here at Stonehouse Smokery. We were faced with the problem of what to do with all the charcuterie ends which are too small to slice…The solution, to mix them all together & finely mince them to create a charcuterie mince! This is an excellent seasoning for not just any pasta dish but pretty much any savoury dish you can concoct. We’ve used these in burgers, meatballs, cheese toasties & roasted veggies. The beauty is you only need a small amount to create a big flavour meaning you’ll get two meals for two out of one pasta bomb. We recommend you use sparingly to build up the flavour to your liking.
