Oak Smoked Nocellara Olives

These are a hugely popular product at all of our farmers markets.

We use stone in Nocellara Olives which we gently smoke over oak for six hours before marinating in the chopped rind from home made preserved orange, fresh thyme, garlic and our blend of toasted whole spices. They are then tossed in extra virgin olive oil to hold all that flavour in.

We have to send these out to you chilled & insulated so have had to include these costs in our price. This means if you buy two or more packs you only pay for one lot of wool cool and freezer pack.

Our olive have at least one month shelf life and come in 180g packs

Stone in Nocellara Olives (packed in water, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid) Extra virgin olive oil. Preserved Orange (Orange, sea salt) Garlic. Fennel seeds. Black peppercorns. Chilli flakes. Fresh thyme. Cornish Sea salt.
