Simple Tomato Sauce (serves 2)
What you need:
6 fresh tomatoes roughly chopped.
½ a white onion, thinly sliced.
2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced.
1 pasta bomb.
Olive oil for frying
What to do:
1. Heat your oil in a large frying pan.
2. Add the onion, garlic and pasta bomb & gently fry until the onions and garlic have softened and the pasta bomb has dissolved.
3. Add your chopped tomatoes and continue to cook until soft. You can add a couple of tablespoons of water to help this along.
4. Mix through your favourite pasta & enjoy!
